  • UK Top 40 Charts

Roughly 3 months ago, I contacted a Gent who owned a domain name I wanted to use as a bargaining chip for a DIFFERENT domain name – but anyway….

He is one of these lucky people who was in the right place at the right time, and has amassed a collection of domain names like no other. I have no idea of the amount (to be honest I don’t think he has) but its in the tens of thousands!

Anyway to cut a long story short, we are now working with him on a few projects one being the UK Top 40 Singles and Albums Chart website. The reason this was the first domain we chose, was that a friend of ours  had a similar site, so I knew the code was available already!

My mate is working on it with us now too, and he has made the code 100x better – and he has forwarded traffic form his old site the new one!

Adam is finishing the design today – and later today is the proper launch date.

  • Carnfield Hall is gonna be on the Telly!

We were approached by James Cartland when he needed a website to advertise his 15th Century country house called Carnfield Hall. Mr Cartland was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and we were pretty pleased with the overall look and feel of the site too.

The content is now looked after by their events company – so unfortunately we don’t get to deal with Mr Cartland much any more – but we did get a call the other day stating he was appearing on Channel 4’s Country House Rescue on the 18th of March 2010. We’re definitely going to hit record and save that! Once we get a copy we’ll post it online for sure!

    Go Carnfield Hall!

  • Commercial Property in the Midlands

We’ve been debating whether or not to move our operations to another office within the Midlands, or to move everything we do to a store-front type setup and open a shop selling cool shit too?

Where do you start when looking to relocate your entire business?

We have scoured the Internet and found quite a few decent website that show us our available options, one of which is Alliance North Midlands – their job is to highlight the available commercial office space within the North Midlands area. It lists the large business centres, and the smaller incubation units for start-up’s – but unfortunately it didn’t show us any store fronts – for that our search had to expand.

We checked websites like Rightmove.co.uk to view commercial properties available, then literally walked to them in the town centre and viewed them for ourselves (photos never do them justice) and after checking some of the MANY available properties we’ve found a few that would suit our needs fairly well – but nothing that has really set our creative juices alight!

The search continues – if anyone knows of any Shops or Commercial Property, Midlands/the surrounding areas, that would be a great place for us to expand our business then send me a comment. 🙂
