Im tired and i want to go to bed! I have run out of the material i print on @ work, which means i can only do the printing side of the printing and pressing part of my job. So that basically means gradually printing shit out onto huge rolls of paper..

As you can probably tell, im bored.. I think ill do karls site after ive been to the loo and aimlessly walked about for half a hour or so. I might go lock myself in a room and practise breakdancin’ 🙂

Break it down!

I think there is something about this server that is cursed. Ever since we have moved to it, ive had fuck all but problems with it. For example..

Today, i spent HOURS re-building my gallery. I had to remake EVERY single folder, and re-add EVERY single picture. It was a pain in the arse, but i thought that if i used a nice fresh clean install of G2, and built it from scratch, id be sound. Oh how fucking wrong i could be! I set it up, and it was all working great. Then a few hours later it was fucked. I had changed NOTHING. daniel had changed NOTHING on that account, it was fucking STUPID!

Ive kinda fixed it now, but im not fucking letting it do shit like that. Im gonna find me a better gallery for my olstar page. I only started using their fucking galleries cos they claimed to be able to accept shit straight from nokia phones. And ive never got that working.. so fuck them!!

Maxxd is having another overhaul, daniel is really working hard to make it exacttly what we need. The next stage for him is to intergrate the gallery, hes probably gonna migrate away from G2 tho, onto something like coppermine, as G2 is just, well gay!

I ploughed thru some of the outstannding work i have today. Finished the Amen Corner Site, Made a proper start on the K-Tintz one, and thought about what i could do for the ghettro gallery solution. Hopefully i can get karls finished this week, then ghettro one next week, and them in sorted. *Phew!*

Hometime soon, im gonna try and blag a lift because i feel so weak its untrue. My legs wobble when i walk! 😆

Mine does. Everytime i go overdrwan (which is quite a lot) i get charged about £30. I have been through stages in the last few years when i have had up to £120 in charges backed up, so when the first of the month came around i had a sum deducted from my balance. Lloyds Tsb seem to be a pretty good bank in most peoples eyes, well i dont hear many people moaning about them anyway. But all i seem to ever have off them is greif and debts!

In my opinion my bank should look after me. I pay money into my account every week, and the amount of times ive missed a direct debit, or a card transaction by ONE day, or by a few hours, is unbeliveable. If i ran the bank id have some form of early warning system, where if a customer of mine was going to be taken over their overdraft limit, id give them a curtosey call the day before..

“Hi there, this is jermaine from The Royal Bank of Olstar, we have noticed you are going to go over your overdraft limit when your next payment go’s out tomorrow morning, would you like us to temporarily increase your overdraft limit, or cancel the direct debit so that the company in question contacts you regarding the payment?” 

If scientists can make a working car out of a single molecule, i think that somone somewhere is capable of writing a script for banks so they can pre-warn their customers! Its not too much to fucking ask!

Anyway, my mum piped up about a site that go’s into a LOT of detail about getting charges back from banks. The sites say that the amount some banks charge is unlawful, and that we (the banks customers) deserve our money back! To be fair though, £30 for a computer to automatically print, fold, sign seal and deliver a letter is a bit excessive!

Tongiht i added up the amount i think my bank should give me back, and from what i can work out its well over £1500! Im gonna follow the procedures on that site, and see what happens! I could clear a lot of the debt i have if i got that money back! So fingers crossed!

After i had done that H picked me up, and she demonstrated what a great singing voice she has. Her and Sarah are queen’s of kareoke – or so im told 😉 I can imagine they are very entertaining actually, H does the little dances and everything. Haha..

We then proceeded to have a baby wipe fight, and i now smell like i have been changing nappies. Great! 😆 Ill get you back i will!

I best sleep now to be fair, i was nearly late yesterday cos i didnt go to sleep till stupid o’clock.

I had actually started to forget about the millions of teeshirts that litter the top of my wardrobe and the spare badroom in my house. I had started to forget how 2 guys who were such good friends of mine, turned round and stabbed me and dave in the back so much so were now scarred for life. Then while we were on our way to USC on friday dave bumped into his mum, who mentioned he had another letter from the courts. That brought all the stress and shit of this farse back ontop of us..
Anyway, dave actually got hold of the letter yesterday, and it is from the courts, and its going on about danny wanting the money for the teeshirts from a 3rd party. And the 3rd party mentioned is our bank. Now, i dont know if this is to force us to get into debt with our bank, just to pay him back, or if its just a way to make us pay up any money we do have in that bank. But as everyone knows that bank account is nearly empty. Its always been empty, and has only ever really been used to pay money raised for charity in, so that we can send a cheque to them instead of a bucket full of pound coins.

To make this farse progress and hopefully one day end, danny needs to get off his high horse a sec, and make a deal with us.. I.e. let us give him 500 quid instead of the apparent £1300 that we owe him, as tbf its VERY unlikley that all the tee’s are gonna sell for the price we’ve had them for sale at for months, in the next week or two.. And if im perfectly honest unless they are being sold for £5 or thereabouts, they are NEVER gonna sell. So from teeshirt sales alone, we are NEVER gonna be able to raise £1300. And i am NEVER gonna put some of my own hard earned cash into the pot.. So you can see the predicament we are in?

What we’d ideally like to do is turn the tables a little bit. He is draggin this out like a bitch, so maybe we should introduce some new evidence and a few more witnesses to the case? I wonder how sy would react if he was summond to stand in court? I wonder if he would sit there and lie through his teeth like he has done about this whole ordeal? I always knew he told porkie pies, hes done it all his life, but i never thought he desocialise himself from loads of his friends just to keep on up..

It would be great to have him in court, and just go over a few of the lies in the court details.

Why did you bail and resign once the heat got turned on?

Why did you lie to the courts, and aid danny in lying to both us and the judge?

What the FUCK have i ever done to you or danny?

The longer this drag’s out, the more i hate them both. The SOLE reason for tasking sy with merchandise/stickers/clothing back in the day, was becasue dave and myself are VERY busy, and already have far too much to do. Now we have all the stuff we had to do before – plus more, plus trying to sell the tee’s, PLUS sorting out all this court shite.

We need to seek some legal advise, and flip reverse this shit back to danny.
