I had an hour or so to burn last night and I was on my laptop sorting some crypto stuff and tidying up my local backed up files, when I found a page that I had saved from the Wayback machine, it was a page of blogs from 2006 that I posted on here, but when this website was powered by some other software.

I then realised that since its birth, this website had been made in roughly 4 different operating systems, and I know for a fact I didnt port posts from all of them, so I spent the next hour or so trawling the wayback machine from 2003 to the present day, ensuring all the posts I have ever made since 2003 are on this website.

Now, I have a few comments missing and possibly one or two posts missing, but I’m pleased to announce that this blog is now an (almost) complete story of my life for the last 15 years.

Many of the posts from the early days dont exactly read very well, it was very much a “weblog” back in the day, and some of the content is extremely incriminating but you know what – I have nothing to hide, im not ashamed of my past, and for that very reason I am today lifting the paygate that I’ve had on the website for the last few years. My posts are no longer censored.

Hello everyone.

It’s been an eventful and interesting few years on this blog. I found a subject I was passionate and knowledgeable about (Scams) and turned my main focus on here to it. My blogs attracted people from all over the world and  after 700+ blog posts, 2000+ comments and multiple letters from solicitors (and everything in between) I think ive finally got to a point where I want to (partially) close this chapter and go back to my roots in regards to what I post on my website.

Many of you will notice my blog is lacking certain posts, well due to an agreement, I had to remove them, but I’m ok with it as I feel the torch is being carried by official bodies and popular, dedicated, review sites now. My little blog doesn’t need to lead the way in that particular quest any more.

I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me and the site over the last 4 or so years and I want to apologise to anyone that frequents the site to just read about scams. I may still blog about the occasional scam but I want to also blog about my life, my hobbies and other things too.

When I started this website it was my diary, my personal website where I posted my thoughts about things that interested me. I want to get back to that (to an extent) but first i’m going to take some time to address other things that I have going off at the moment, so i’ll be back soon.

OK, so i’m not one for just tagging along and joining in – eventually I have to get involved, or do something off my own back.

Whether that be with Modified Cars when I was younger, or Adidas Superstars when I got bit older. The next hobby to fall into this trap, is Off Roading.

I have been into off-roading for a long time now, but only had my own truck for the last 3 or 4 years. Since then, ive been to various Pay and Play days and even ventured to Wales earlier this year (it was AMAZING) but as I looked for events to go to and things to do, I found it increasingly frustrating that I wasn’t able to simply go to one website and find out all the info I needed.

So, MuddedUK was born.

I have initially started it so that I personally know when events are on, and where they are. Eventually I would love it to earn its keep and become more than just my personal Off Road Events Calendar – but until then im just happy I can sync all the event info to my phone – and always know when the next event is taking place. 🙂

We now use Trello at work, it’s a really good to-do/notes system that is already transforming how we work as a company.
